How to use zai-org/GLM-4.6V-Flash with Docker Model Runner:
docker model run hf.co/zai-org/GLM-4.6V-Flash
The demo script loads forever.
I am on windows 11, rtx 5090, 9950x3D, 192GB ram.
My environnement is python 3.13, transformers>=5.0.0rc0, torch 2.9.1+cu130, accelerate 1.12.0.
When I run the script with python demo.py (the one in your readme), after downloading the model, it takes forever to load. The gpu's vram doesn't fill at all, and the ram fills at an extremely slow rate of 100 MB/s without any sign to stop (it eat up 80 GB when I decided to stop the script).
Can you help me to load the model please?
same in Colab A100
Same on a local instance
from their paper, 9B is dense and 106B is MoE.
config.json says architectures is Glm4vForConditionalGeneration
replaced Glm4vMoeForConditionalGeneration with Glm4vForConditionalGeneration, worked in Colab.
