Repetition and coherence issues

Sadly it seems that this model, although you can feel how intelligent it is from its NeMo base, is easily falling into incoherence and repetition, like old 7B models, even when using DRY... It has potential but these issues are pretty major for my usage. (I'm using a q8 version.)
