“Estelle” support for French

First of all, thank you for your work. I’ve been able to run a lot of tests using your models, and they’re truly impressive.
As a French speaker myself, I was looking for a voice that could read French, and "Estelle" seems perfect for that. I see that it isn’t supported yet. Is this planned for the near or distant future?

I took the liberty of creating one ticket per issue to avoid having a ticket that’s too large or having to do a bulk update to close it.
